This is a magical place! Just something unreal!) I will definitely go back there again!) very atmospheric houses, maximum immersion in nature) hot water springs are a special love 🥰 and the hot waterfall on the opposite side of the river is just some kind of miracle!!! (life hack if you don't want to swim in the waterfall with visiting tourists, get up in the morning before 9:00 and you will enjoy swimming in the waterfall in complete solitude alone with nature) 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Room 106, the water is not hot, the toilet pipe smells, the room is a bit run down
There are rats running on the ceiling, the wooden floor is a bit noisy if you don't like walking

- We asked for an extra bed that we paid extra for but it was a mattress topper folded in two, no explanation from the staff who were very arrogant..
- Food not great and very little choice (they don't even have half of what's on the menu) and no restaurant nearby
- the services are more expensive than all the other hotels we've been to (massage, food, transfer...)

Breakfasts are excellent. Prices in the restaurant and spa are reasonable. Hot springs and the hotel grounds are well-kept and very beautiful. The staff is friendly, but the room was not cleaned very well. Keep in mind that the hotel is remote from civilization, and it will be difficult to get there. I liked the vacation there, I recommend it.
